The 2023 growing season was slow and steady, following a cool, wet winter that delayed budbreak and extended the ripening period. Mild summer temperatures and minimal heat spikes allowed for excellent flavor development and balanced acidity. Harvest came later than usual, yielding generous volumes of fruit that show remarkable freshness, purity, and finesse.

This vintage leaps from the glass with vibrant aromas of wild berries and black cherry. The palate reveals layers of ripe blackberry and cocoa, wrapped in notes of vanilla, spice, and a whisper of licorice. Lush and balanced, it carries through to a long, supple finish with polished tannins and lingering warmth all in perfect harmony.

2021 was marked by a smooth growing season with low yields and intensely flavored, small-sized fruit. 

This year’s vintage is medium-bodied with exceptional purity and freshness. Flavors of orange blossoms, lemongrass, and green apple merge on the palate, followed by a long finish that highlights balanced acidity with layers of rich, polished fruit.
